  • Jon Pate led an inspirational life as a dedicated family man, successful entrepreneur, and impactful advocate and community leader. Jon’s sister Betsy Pate was one of the very first individuals to inspire the formation of Living Well Disability Services, and Jon was one of her biggest supporters. In recognition of his advocacy and to honor his memory, we are raising funds to support Living Well Disability Services. Contributions will be used as a matching fund at Living Well’s Transforming Lives Gala in August.
